When should you replace your insoles?
- Signs of wear (damaged): If the insole is visibly damaged, thin or has holes, it is time to replace it;
- Discomfort when walking: If your feet feel less support or more tired, your insoles may have lost their effectiveness;
- Persistent bad smell: Even after cleaning, if the smell does not go away, the insoles may be accumulating bacteria and need to be replaced;
- Pain in the feet: If you start to feel pain in your feet, knees or back, it may be a sign that your insoles are not providing the necessary support.
In general, the recommendation is to change the insoles every 6 to 12 months, depending on use.
